At our core, we’re a community gym. By and large, our most popular experience is in our group training. This is the best opportunity to meet other incredible, like-minded people who want nothing more than to see you succeed.

We offer four different Group Experiences throughout the day:

HIIT

Our most popular class, we take an Unconventional Approach to High-Intensity Interval Training. No two classes are the same and are created in a way that fast, fun, and most importantly, effective.

Monday-Thursdays

6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm (Tues/Wed)

Fridays

6:00am, 9:00am, 4:30pm

Saturdays

8:00am, 9:00am

 

Final Hour

The last class of the day, Final Hour isn’t just a class but an opportunity; an opportunity to close the day on your terms. With workouts designed to prepare you for Obstacle Course Races or anything life may throw your way, Final Hour will help push you to become the best, strongest, most confident version of yourself.

Mobility

There’s little doubt about it, over time workouts can leave you feeling a little beat up. Our mobility class is designed to help you relax, unwind, and decompress from head-to-toe.

HIIT Foundations (Jump Start)

A comprehensive baseline introductory workout and experience into who we are and what we do. Here you will learn foundational principles to take with you on your journey to health.

Mondays, Thursdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm

Note: We also offer a dedicated Open Gym on Sunday’s at 8:30am.

Semi-Private / Small Group Training

We understand our large group style training might not be for everyone. While we pride ourselves in creating a custom experience for every person who walks through our doors, we know there are times when more individual attention will provide you the best results.

Offered on an as-needed basis, our Semi-Private training is limited to 4-5 people with similar goals and training needs.

One-On-One Personal Training

There’s little that can compare to the personalize experience of one-on-one training. Many of our most successful long-term members started with personal training to develop an incredible foundation before joining one of our Group Training programs.

Ideal For Those Who:

  • Thrive in one-on-one settings

Sport-Specific Athletic Training

(Team and Individual)

If you’re an Athlete who want to dominate your sport, then look no further than our Sport-Specific Training.

Offered for both teams and individuals, we specialize in helping athletes of all ages get faster, stronger, and just all around better at their sport.

Remote Personal Training

Our newest program, Remote Personal Training allows us to work with you regardless of your location. Remote Training offers logistical freedom and no scheduling conflicts while still offering everything you need to reach your goals.

Nutrition Programs

We’re currently developing two Nutrition Coaching Programs that’ll be available to members and non-members.

The two programs will work in tandem with one another as a Phase I and Phase II approach.

Phase I will be a Fundamental program that will be required to move on to Phase II which is our custom nutrition programming.
